Shipping
Orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
- Processing time: 1 to 2 working days
- Delivery time: 5 to 9 working days after dispatch
- Shipping cost: $6.95 within the United States, $14.95 international. Calculated at checkout.
- Free delivery: on United States orders over $75
- Countries served: United States, plus international delivery worldwide
Returns
You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Email info@marbourne.com with your order number to start a return.
- We reply with return instructions and the address.
- Once the item arrives and is checked, we refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days of us receiving the item. Return postage for a change of mind is paid by the customer. If an item is faulty or incorrect, we cover it in full.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email info@marbourne.com within 14 days with a photograph and we will replace it or refund it in full, including postage.
